OPENING TIMES (Trade Counter & Phone/Email Enquiries Only):
OPEN - 22/12/2023, 08:00AM - 13:00PM
CLOSED - 25/12/2023 (Christmas Day)
CLOSED - 26/12/2023 (Boxing Day)
OPEN - 27/12/23 until 29/12/2023, 08:00AM - 13:00PM
CLOSED - 01/01/2024 (New Years Day)
The above opening times is for Phone calls, E-Mails, Trade Counter & Call-out enquiries only. No online orders will be processed during this time.
YOUR ONLINE ORDERS:
We will be dispatching all orders placed online with SBT, up until 21/12/2023.
If your order is placed on, or after the 21/12/2023, It will not be processed or dispatched from our warehouse until 02/01/2024. The working day lead time quoted at the checkout will apply around these dates.
Please allow up to 7 working days from the 02/01/2024 for your order to be dispatched. We will be experiencing high volumes of orders when we re-open in January.
We advise that you place your order with us online before the 19/12/2023, if there are any items that you order that may not be dispatched in time for the 21/12/2023, a member of SBT will be in touch regarding your order.
SBT MIDDLESBROUGH:
Our Middlesbrough branch will be closed throughout the entire Christmas period. From 25/12/2023 until 02/01/2024. With reduced times on 22/12/2023.
