OUTSTANDING ORDERS

When will my order arrive?

SBT are focussed on getting your items to you as soon as possible, to keep your business moving forward. We have an array of delivery options available on checkout with delivery timeframes included. These timeframes are just estimates, and your order may take longer to arrive. As we put a lot of our trust in our couriers - we cannot garuantee these timeframes will be met.

We do ask you to refrain from contacting us up to 2 working days after the stated timeframe - However, you can always get a hold of the team and we can chase this order up for you.

When will my items be ready for collection?

SBT will notify you via E-Mail or Phone call using the details left at checkout when your order is ready to be collected at our selected branch. Please do not travel to store until you receive this notification from us, as it may not be ready yet.

We aim to get all collection orders ready within 24 Hours of processing - but this is not garuanteed.

My delivery address is incorrect

If you find that the delivery address you have entered is incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible. We can amend delivery addresses prior to dispatching items without issue. However, if your order is processed, we won't be able to change your delivery location.

SBT won't be held liable for goods being sent to addresses that have been inputted incorrectly.

PLACING AN ORDER

Do you deliver across the UK?

SBT offer an in house delivery service for those local to us in the North-East - However, that doesn't limit us!

We can ship to anywhere across the UK, and are able to ship in selected parts of Europe.

International delivery is now available at the checkout.

You can choose your selected method of delivery when you checkout, we have a variety from budget to speedy.

Can I use my trade account online?

Absolutely!

Simply add your PO number (If you have one) into the notes section at the checkout, and select the payment method "Trade Account" when checking out.

Make sure you include your company name in either your delivery address or billing address.

Once processed, your order will be billed onto your account as usual.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all secure payment methods, including the following:

PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, SHOP PAY & MORE.

COMPLETE ORDERS

Can I return an item?

We do offer returns and refunds, please read more on our deliveries and returns policies HERE.

Do you accept swaps?

If you have ordered an item that is the wrong size, we can swap this for you at no extra cost.

Although we unfortunately cannot provide paid returns labels, we can swap your product at no extra cost.

Simply your items back to us, with the VAT invoice included and any instructions. Example: "Please exchange for a size M".

As soon as we receive your return, our warehouse team will swap the item over and send it back to you.

*Please note, Terms and Conditions apply to products when swapping and exchanging.

My order arrived damaged

SBT rely on our trusted courier partners to get your goods to you. We understand that sometimes they don't always get to you in great condition.

If you have received your parcel and the contents have been damaged beyond use, please get in touch with us today.

A member of our team will be happy to help in getting this put right.
