TRADE ACCOUNT BENEFITS & BASE REQUIREMENTS:
SBT are happy to offer trade credit accounts to anyone based in the UK. Please see more information below on what we look for when you apply for an account, and why applying is worth while:
BENEFITS:
- Buy Now, Pay Later using your SBT credit account. Place your order online, over the phone, by E-Mail or In-Store and pay at the end of the month under our standard trade account terms. Contact us for information on account terms.
- Consolidate Admin by reducing the amount of paperwork you and your colleagues need to process. We condense all of your orders down onto one monthly invoice/statement. With delivery note options for each delivery.
- Direct contact with SBT and Full order traceability. Get 1-1 contact with your account manager when you open your trade account with SBT. Discuss all your needs, and how we can help.
- Access to our full range of products. We have thousands of items listed online, but did you know that this is just a fraction of what we can provide to your business? - Open a trade account today and enquire about all of your workplace requirements.
- Flexible Credit Limits, Discuss with your account manager what credit limit you require, and we are happy to adjust to your needs.
- Local Delivery - If you are based within 50 Miles of our head office (TS18 2QR), you will be eligible for our local delivery service. Directly from our own fleet, speeding your processing and order time up.
BASE REQUIREMENTS:
*Please note, the below points are just guides. SBT reserve the right to open or deny credit accounts to anyone at their own discretion, contact us for more information.
- You will have a greater chance of being accepted for a trade/credit account with some previous order history. Typically, 3-5 previous online orders or 10+ In-store, Email or Phone orders.
- Full Account Forms, Complete company details will provide a better chance of becoming eligible for a credit account. Although we don't require VAT numbers, they are helpful to show your organisations establishment.
- Uploading your company or business information on letterheaded documents will allow SBT to perform more accurate checks when verifying your business. Provide any documentation you may have using the upload file option.
- We cannot open an account if your business cannot be verified. Please ensure all details you provide are correct, and appropriate. Failure to do so may result in denial of a credit account.
- We cannot open an account with an improper delivery or invoice address. Please ensure all address details are correct, so we can send your orders and invoices to the correct place.
