Modern Slavery Policy
Stockton Bearings and Transmissions have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We do not tolerate forced or bonded labour, human trafficking, child labour, or any form of worker exploitation. We expect all suppliers and partners to comply with applicable labour laws, treat workers fairly and with respect, provide safe working conditions, and operate free from any form of modern slavery.
We will:
- Work with reputable suppliers
- Act on any concerns raised
- Review supplier relationships if risks are identified
Managing Directors ensure this policy is implemented and reviewed and employees remain alert to potential risks and report any concerns.

If you have any concerns, report them to a Managing Director. All concerns will be treated seriously and confidentially. No one will suffer any detriment for raising a concern in good faith.
