If we struggle to verify your business address, trading name, domains or similar, we may refuse you a credit account. Make sure you upload your company details on letterheaded paper to help us verify your business.

SBT may close your account if any of the following applies: Account Dormancy - Unused for 12+ Months, Failure To Pay - Unpaid invoices remain outstanding, No Contact - If your contact details have changed and we cannot contact you. Low Volume of Orders - if you frequently spend less than 200GBP per Annum.

- Your Delivery Address Cannot Be Found - We need to be able to send both your orders and your invoices/statements to an address in the UK. If we cannot find the address you provided, we may refuse to open your trade account. Delivery addresses in the Scottish Highlands, or Islands may impose an additional carriage charge.
